Underfloor Heating Services:

We offer design, supply, installation and maintenance of underfloor heating for domestic, commercial and Industrial buildings.

Introduction to underfloor heating: Underfloor heating is the most efficient form of central heating currently available. It involves circulation of heated water through the floor within durable cross-linked polyethylene (PEX) pipes to heat the room above. Since the whole floor area acts, as a heating element the circulating water temperature in the system can be kept much lower.

Advantages of underfloor heating: Underfloor heating has got various advantages over the conventional radiator system. 

  1. It is more comfortable as the spread of heat is uniform all around.
  2. The positioning of radiators does not restrict floor space.
  3. Underfloor heating results in maximum boiler efficiency, as the water temperature in the system is much lower than the conventional radiator system. Thus the running costs are low.
  4. The heat of floor can be varied to suit different requirements thus giving a better control on heat distribution.
  5. The system is virtually maintenance free, as the underfloor piping network doesn’t require any maintenance.
  6. The system is safe for children and is more conducive to asthma and allergy sufferers as dust-mites are discouraged by the system.
  7. The underfloor heating system is much quieter than the conventional heating system.
